Payments and Liabilities
Cairns Car Removal will pay the agreed amount within 3 business days of completing the sale. We are not liable for any damages, delays, or issues that may arise during the vehicle’s removal process.
If your vehicle has a loan or any outstanding finance:
If the amount owed is equal to or less than the agreed price, we will pay off the financier, and you will receive any remaining balance.
If the amount owed exceeds the agreed price, you must settle the difference with the financier before we make any payments.
Limitations of Liability
Cairns Car Removal will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations or always be available without interruptions or errors.
